(Double for a 9x13 pan)
Bottom Layer:

1c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Next layer:
4 c. apples/peeled/sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Strussel:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 T. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bottom ingredients like a pie crust and and pat in bottom in pan. Mix peeled/cut apples with sugar and cinnamon and spread on crust. Cover with strussel. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350. Serve with ice cream or whipping cream.
