3 tbsps. flour 1/4 cup margarine
2 lbs. boneless beef round steak,cut in small piece
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil 1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Place flour in a large, resealable plastic bag. Add beef, a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. Remove meat from bag;pound to flatten. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown steak on both sides in butter. Add the tomatoes,salt basil and pepper; bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add green pepper and onion. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese;cook 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
