Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Mix together:
1 ¾ c. flour
¾ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. cocoa
1 c. butter

Cut butter into dry ingredients. Press into 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Melt together:
1 c. chocolate chips
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Remove from heat;
Add 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Pour over crust and sprinkle with 1c. chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts (I use toasted sliced almonds) and press down lightly. Bake for 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into squares…or rectangles!
