1 packagae miniature peanut butter cups
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. canilla
1-1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Line 42 miniature muffin cups with paper baking cups. Unwrap peanut butter cups and set aside. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place one ball in each prepared muffin cup. DO NOT FLATTEN. Bake at 375 10-12 minutes until puffed and lightly browned. Remove from oven and immediately press peanut butter cups down into the center of each cookie. Let cool.

Makes about 3 1/2 dozen
