Layer these ingredients in order:

3/4 head of lettuce ripped into pieces
small head of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
small head of broccoli cut into bite size pieces
small chopped red onion
1 lb. crispy bacon ripped into pieces
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix:
2 c. light mayo
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread dressing mixture on top of cheese; cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix just before serving.
