1 pkg. yeast 1 1/2 cups warm water 3 1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 9 oz. yellow or white cake mix
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat in flour, dry cake mix and salt. (Do not knead) Punch dough down. Divide in half. Roll each portion into a 12" circle. Cut each circle in to 12 wedges. Roll up the beginning at the wide end.. Place point side down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with butter. Cover and let rise until double- about 25 minutes. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
