l large can Salmon
3 T. butter
2 beaten eggs
dash paprika
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. onion juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 to 1 c. dry bread/soda cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon with fork. Rub soft butter into it. Add beaten eggs, evaporated milk and crumbs, lemon and onion juices and seasonings. Mix well. Place in greased loaf pan, spreading evenly. Steam or bake in 350º oven for one hour.
