1 container (8 oz.) light cream cheese spread
1/2 c. light sour cream
1 med. Rome Beauty apple, finely chopped (can substitute McIntosh)
1/4 c. crumpled blue cheese
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped toasted pecans
Triscuit crackers (or crackers of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Bear cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until well blended. Add apples, blue cheese, onions and pecans; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve as a spread with crackers.
