1 loaf of seedless vienna bread, 12-16 oz. swiss cheese - cubed, 1 package fresh mushrooms sliced, 2 sticks of butter, 2 T. poppy seeds
1/4 c. green onions chopped
1T. dry mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in bowl. Add popply seeds, green onions, dry mustard, lemon juice, seasoning salt and mix together. Set mixture aside. Cut three deep X's into the top of bread (not through to the bottom) and place on cookie sheet. Stuff cheese cubes and mushroom slices into X's on bread. Pour melted butter mixture over the top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Slice and serve,
