* 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
**THIS CAN BE MADE WITH GROUND PORK,CHICKEN OR BEEF~OR~A COMBO OF THEM ALL**
* 1 1/2 packets taco seasoning
* 1 {16 ounce} can chopped canned tomatoes
* 12 corn tortillas {hard shells}
* 2 cups drained small curd cottage cheese
* 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican flavored cheese
* 1 beaten egg
* 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
* 3 chopped green onions
* 1/4 cup sliced black olives

*Brown the meat 'til cooked & crumbly/drain/add in taco seasoning & water as instructed on packet.*Stir in the 16 ounces of tomatoes,blend well.*Heat the oven to 350.*Line a 9x13 baking dish with 1/2 the tortillas{break as needed}*Spoon the meat mixture over the shells.*Top with the rest of the tortillas*Combine the cottage cheese,egg & all but 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese & pour it over the meat.*Bake for about 30 minutes,'til bubbly around the edges.*Sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients & serve.
