1 quart cooked, diced potatoes
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup or more of grated cheese
chopped onions, as desired
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and flour, add milk, cook and stir until thickened into a white sauce. Add potatoes, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish and bake about 375
