1 large egg
3 T. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. chicken tenders
30 Ritz crackers crushed to make 1 cup crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Line a large cookie sheet with foil and spay foil with PAM. In a shallow bowl, lightly beat egg with a fork. Put melted butter in another shallow bowl. Mix crushed crackers and seasonings and spread on a sheet of waxed paper. Spread Parmesan cheese on another sheet of waxed paper. Dip tenders in egg, then cracker mixture, then dip 1 side in melted butter then Parmesan cheese. Place cheese side up on lined pan. Bake 12-15 min. until golden and cooked through.
