1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 tbs. flour
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving pieces. Dredge meat in flour. Place in crock pot. Top with celery and cover with tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 4 to 5).
