1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbs. corn oil
6 tbs. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. lean ground veal

Directions:
Directions:
Stir egg and oil together in shallow dish. Put bread crumbs in another dish. Shape meat into 4 patties. Dip patty in egg mixture, then in crumbs. Arrange veal patties in baking pan with cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
