1 (3 lb.) beef brisket 1 tbs. salt 3 1/2 oz. liquid smoke 6 tbs. water
Place brisket in pan. Sprinkle salt over beef. Mix liquid smoke and water and then pour over beef. Marinate overnight. Remove brisket from marinade and wrap in doubled heavy-duty aluminum foil Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 6 hrs.
