2 - 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 - 8.5 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 c. chopped pecans (separate into 1 c. portions)
2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 1 c. of pecans, scallions and seasoning salt. Roll into ball and then into the other c. of pecans. Keep refrigerated.
