2 Tbsp olive oil Salt & Pepper
2 tsp molasses 4-5 oz filets or steaks
1 Tbsp lime juice Juice of 1 orange
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine all ingredients except salmon and orange juice. Whisk well. Place salmon on a broiling pan or on aluminum foil on a grill and brush liberally with the marinade. You may also marinate the salmon for a while in the marinade. Broil until crisp on outside & flakes to fork. Pour juice of orange over the salmon before serving.
