Ingredients:  
1 dozen large cucumbers, peeled and seeded
4 med. onions
1 small handful of salt
4 stalks celery
4 sweet peppers cut fine
3 cups sugar
4 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp tumeric powder
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put onions and cucumbers through grinder. Add salt. Let stand for 1 hour, drain. Add celery and peppers. Add sugar, mustard seed, tumeric and enough full strength vinegar to cover. Boil for 10 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
