12 soda crackers, rolled fine,
1 tsp Baking Powder,
1 tsp vanilla,


3 egg whites, beaten stiff,
1 c sugar,
1 c chopped walnut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until very stiff. Add sugar gradually. Add B. powder, then cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Pour into well-greased pie tin or pan. Bake 30 min. in 350 degree oven. Let cool and top with whipped cream. Let stand 4 hrs. or overnight.
