Sour Cream Raisin Bars Recipe

1 3/4 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. soda
1 c. butter
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

Mix crust ingredients like pie crust. Save out 1 1/2 cups for topping. Pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine filling ingredients in medium pan. Boil over low heat stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes. Pour over baked crust. Top with reserved crust crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
