4 oz. butter 4 oz. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. of vanilla 4 oz. flour 4 oz. cornflour pinch of salt
1.Sift flour thoroughly. 2.Cream butter and sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. 3. Beat eggs one at a time and add one at a time into the mixture. 4. Fold in sifted flours. 5. Place in teaspoonfuls on greased slide and bake about 7-10 minutes in a moderate oven. 6. When cold, serve with raspberry jam.
