fresh or canned crab meat
won ton wraps
cream cheese (8 oz) softend and at room temp
fresh chives
deep fryer with hot fresh vegetable oil
kikomans sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard

drain crab meat...set aside

in a small bowl comine crab meat cheese and chive mix until blended.

put a tsp of mix in the middle of won ton wrap then fold over to make a triangle. add a little of water along the edges of wrap to glue sides together.
deep fry until golden brown
serve with sauces
