1 c. rice 2 qt. milk 2 egg yolks 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
1. Clean rice. 2. Cook milk, vanilla and rice together for 45 minutes. 3. Put half the amount of sugar in and cook for another 15 minutes. 4. Beat yolks and add the rest of the sugar. 5. Pour slowly into pot and keep stirring, as soon as mixture bubbles, take off stove
