1 clove garlic (chopped)
3-4 pieces ginger
1/4 c. mirin (or sherry)
1/4 c. honey (or sugar)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine list ingredients.
2. Marinate flank steak in a zip-lock bag for 1-2 hours.
3. Drain and broil (to preferred likeness).
4. Slice thin against grain and serve with favorite vegetable dish.
