8 oz elbow macaroni
1 large can evaporated milk
1 1/2cup grated cheese
1 7 oz can tuna drained and flaked
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1Tbs minced onion
2 tomatoes, sliced

Cook and drain macaroni, combine the next six ingredients; toss until blended. Put into greased casserole dish, top with tomato slices and cheese, bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
