2lbs ground meat (70%-30%)
1purple onion
1 bell pepper
1 egg
1Cup seasoned bread crumbs
1-2 pks of Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 (303) can of chopped peeled Tomatoes, drained
1 can of tomato paste

Blend together, gently so meatloaf is not tough, shape into loaf, place in greased pan, place in oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Spread tomato paste on top during the lst 15 minutes
