Owens Breakfast Sausage or Similar (Venison Sausage is the best)
8 eggs
6 slices of bread, cubed
1tsp. dry mustard
2 cups whole milk
1tsp salt
1 small jar sliced mushrooms or fresh sauteed
1cup grated cheese (your choice)

Brown sausage and drain the grease. Beat eggs slightly and add other ingredients, pour into 9 x 13 inch dish. Chill for 12 hours, then bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes
