Ingredients:  
1-2 lb. of squash
1 cup mayo
1 egg
1-2 Tbsp. sugar
medium onion
1 cup grated cheese
crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and cook squash until tender.
In greased casserole dish, mix mayo, slightly beaten egg, sugar and cup of cheese.
Drain squash and mix with above mixture.
Top with remaining cheese; crushed crackers and a few pats of butter
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
