1/2 pound sausage
1 green pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 celery sticks chopped
2 cans chicken with rice soup
1 can mushroom (2 oz.)
1 can pimentos or 2 fresh ones
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup hot water
1 T. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 pound cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, green pepper and onion. Add all other ingredients. Place in casserole dish or baking pan. Grate cheese on top. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
