8 Roma tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
2 bunches of green onions
2 mangos
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 tsp. crushed garlic
Juice of two limes
1 16 oz. can of corn or 16 oz cooked frozen corn
2 tsp. salt
pepper to tast

Cut ingredients into small pieces. Add chopped cilantro.
Add lime juice, garlic, corn, salt and pepper.
