1 boneless pork roast
1 pkg Mccormick Grillmates (Southwest)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4-3/4 cup brown sugar
Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1/2 bund cilantro chopped
2 T. water
2 T. white vinegar
1 jalapeno pepper-seeds removed
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Works well in slow cooker. Place on a tortilla with cheese, black or pinto beans. Serve topped with shredded lettuce and guacamole. Lime rice is also good with this salad.
