1 can hominy, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 bell pepper chopped, 1tbsp. parsley, 2 cans jalapeno black eyed peas, 1 chopped green onion, 1 jajapeno diced, 8 oz viva Italian dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
