1 stick of margarine 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 3 bananas 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour loaf pan. Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Add bananas and vanilla extract; mix well. Add remaining ingredients, beat all together well, pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour.
