Crust:
1-1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. powdered yeast
1/3 c. plust 2 tbsp. warm water
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Topping:
8 oz. skim milk mozzerella cheese, shredded
1/2 of a 14 oz. can of plum tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and form into a ball in a medium bowl. Allow to rise in warm place for one hour or until doubled in size. Pat down into pizza pan and sprinkle with toppings. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is brown.
