4 qt. whole tomatoes 4 green peppers 4 onions 4 jalapeņo peppers 4 whole green chilies 1 bunch of celery
Cut tomatoes in quarters. Put peppers, onion & celery through a grinder. Pour in pan with tomatoes then add: 4 T. garlic salt and 4 T. vinegar. Cook for 2 hours or until thick. Bottle process in cold packer for 30 min.
