1 1/2 c. warm water 1 T. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T. oil 1 T. yeast 3-4 cups flour
Mix water, sugar, salt, oil and yeast together. Add flour. Punch down every ten minutes for one hour. Roll with rolling pin to rectangle shape and roll up like a cinnamon roll. Slit the top. Rub egg white over top. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes
