1 1/2 c. warm water
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. oil
1 T. yeast
3-4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, salt, oil and yeast together. Add flour. Punch down every ten minutes for one hour. Roll with rolling pin to rectangle shape and roll up like a cinnamon roll. Slit the top. Rub egg white over top. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
