1-3 oz. box instand pistachio pudding mix
1-8oz. carton whipped topping, thawed
1-15 oz can crushed pineapple (and the juice)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Fold dry pudding mix into the whipped topping. Add pineapple, juice, marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield 8 servings.
