1lb. Hamburger
1 can Rotel tomatoes diced
1 can evaporated milk
1 can refried beans
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain and cube velvetta. Add all ingredients when cheese is melted it is ready to serve. Serve over chips.
