4 to 5 lb roast
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Put a large piece of heavy aluminum foil in roaster .
Put half of the soup mix over the foil. Place the roast in the roaster and add the remaining onion soup mix and the can of mushroom soup. Seal the foil with a 'drugstore wrap'. Place the roast in the oven at 350º for 4 hours. When ready to serve remove the roast and thicken the juice and serve as the gravy. You may want to dilute the juice a bit if you need to but do not add extra salt as the soup seasons it enough.
