Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts - poached in salt water and shredded 1T. to 1 1/2 T. Tarragon 1/8 t. black pepper 2 stalks celery - finely chopped 1/3 c. Miracle Whip 1/3 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise

Directions:1. In medium sauce pan, cover chicken breasts with an inch of cold water to which 1 t. of salt has been added. cover sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat. As soon as the pan reached full boil, turn off the heat and let chicken sit until cooked through - usually about 10 minutes. Shred chicken with two knives; do not chop. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together with the shredded chicken and refrigerate at least two hours. |
