1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup oleo
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
tsp vanilla (added after cooking)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in pan and cook together until they come to a full roiling boil. When it gets to the full boil time for exactly one (1) minute. Remove from head and add vanilla. Cool. When it has cooled beat until the shine is gone and then frost your cake.
