* 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
* 2 cups dry bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil ~OR~ 1 1/2 tsp. dried
* 2 eggs
* 4 minced garlic cloves*
* 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
* 8 ounces pizza sauce
* 1 1/2 cups shredded provalone cheese
* 1 {7 ounce} jar roasted red peppers
* 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives

*Heat the oven to 375
*Line a 15x10x1" baking pan with heavy foil, then spray it lightly - set aside
*In a large bowl,combine the beef,breadcrumbs,parmesan cheese,basil,eggs,
garlic,pepper, & 1/2 of the pizza sauce & mix well
*Lay this out onto a large piece of foil & shape into a 12x10" rectangle.
*Top it with the provalone cheese,roasted peppers & olives making sure to spread it out evenly to 1/2 inch from the edge.
*Start from the 10" side & roll up jelly roll style.
*Seal the edges up with your fingers
*Place it seamside down on the foil lined & sprayed pan.
*Bake for about 40 minutes,top with the rest of the pizza sauce,& bake for 15 more minutes
{until internal temp is at least 160}
