4 c. sliced, peeled carrots
1 medium onion
3 T. butter
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/8 t. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots and onion together until tender. Stir in ingredients except stuffing mix and 1/3 cup butter. Mix melted butter and stuffing mix together and put on top of other ingredients in casserole dish. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
