1 c. Flour 1/2 c. Cornstarch Dash of salt 1 Egg 1 tsp Baking powder 1 1/2 c. Water
Wash vegetables. Slice vegetables into long sticks. Dry vegetables after cutting them up. This will prevent oil spatter while cooking. Mix ingredients in order given. Stir lightly. Fry vegetables in hot oil until lightly brown. Drain on paper towels or napkins
