2-1/2 to 3 lbs. of chicken (I use breasts);
2 eggs, slghtly beaten;
1/3 c. melted butter;
2 T. grated Parmesan Cheese;
1 tsp. garlic powder; 1 tsp. black pepper;
2 c. corn flake crumbs

Pre-heat over to 350 F. Spray baking sheet with oil spray. Combine eggs, butter & pepper in a bowl large enough to roll the chicken in. In a gallon size plastic bag, add the corn flake crumbs, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Shake to mix. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg & butter mixture. Then drop it into the bag of crumbs and shake to coat well. Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes or until done---turning once after 30 minutes
