Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1-1/4 c. sugar;
1-1/2 c. flour;
1 tsp. soda;
1/4 tsp. salt; 2 beaten eggs;
1-14oz. can fruit cocktail, drained;
1/2 c. chopped nuts;
1/2 c. brown sugar, lightly packed;
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1st 4 ingredients. Then mix in the beaten eggs. Mix well. Add drained fruit cocktail & mix until creamy. Pour into 8" square pan. Sprinkle nuts and brown sugar over top. Drizzle melted butter over that.
Bake @ 350F for about 45 mins.
Serve with cool whip if desired.
