1 c warm water (110-115 degrees)
1 pkg yeast
1 tsp salt
2 T sugar
1 egg
1 T oil
2-1/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Grease 12 large muffin cups.
In bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Let rise in warm place until it doubles in size (about 30 mins) Stir down raised dough and then spoon into muffin cups filling 1/2 full Afgain let it rise in a warm place until dough reaches top of muffin pan. (20-30 mins)
Bake 15-20 mins
