One box fried rice with almonds
2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup green onions
4 cups cooked chicken
1 cup miracle whip
lettuce for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fried rice according to directions on the box. Cube or shredd chicken. Add all the other ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate for a while before serving. It is really fun to serve a scoop inside a big piece of crisp lettuce.
