1 cup margarine
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups quick oats
1 pkg. butterscotch chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine sugars, eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together: flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture then add the oats and butterscotch chips. Spoon onto cookie sheet and Bake at 375º for 8 min.
