1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons cocoa
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, milk and cocoa in saucepan. Heat and stir until the butter is melted and the milk and cocoa are blended.
Remove from heat and pour mixture into mixing bowl.
Add sugar and vanilla. With an electric mixer, beat on low speed until smooth.
